PLG : Earth and Space Science
The moon is very interesting because it always looks like its a different shape, but its just an illusion. shadows make it look that way. I wonder why sometimes I can see the moon in the day time. I was looking at the moon and I thought it was a full moon. my mom said that the full moon was in two days but I didn't really know if I could believe that because its really looked like a full moon.
PLG : History
I learned a little bit more about Lewis and Clark. I think Lewis and Clark are really good and smart people. They seem friendly and they got through lots of things that seemed hard. They were on their boat and there was a waterfall so they had to stop the boat and put the boat onto land and drag it across the waterfall. then they could put the boat back into the water. Also they ran out of food and ate tallow which is made for candles. That seems really hard. The end.

Today I watched a show about a baby seal. It was on national geographic on disney plus. I learned that when a baby seal is born they grow fur on them to keep them warm so that they can wait for something called blubber to grow in them. What blubber is, is something that can keep an animal warm. Like when orcas are in the Arctic their blubber keeps them warm.
When the babies are born they do not know how to hunt, so Their mom's take care of them. The main preditor of the baby sea lion is the orca whale.
